This valve was developed by specialists of our company. It is applied for dust removal from the hopper of gas-purification device.
It Represents bivalvular lock, (see fig. 1) operating in antiphase. At the same time dust is removed without tightness violation of gas-purification device since in each timepoint, only one of two valves can be opened. Time interval adjustment between opening is carried out by cargo transfer method along levers' axes or by changing of their quantity.
It is desirable to use settings with a smaller counterbalance that reduces shock loadings and increases valve service life.
The main advantage of this equipment is that it does not consume electric power or compressed air. It can be constructed for rather high temperatures, aggressive and abrasive types of dust (products).
It is impossible to apply for filtering equipment, operated under pressure.
